[Grace-core] grace updates over the last few days

Hi all

a quick note to say that:

  - we've posted blog messages about Basic Objects & Operator Messages
     (so far, to a resounding silence, but they did go out around the  
weekend)

  - I've updated the Variables and Constants and Static vs Dynamic  
blog pages
     - if you've comments, perhaps edit them in there and email a  
pointer,
        rather than starting a big discussion on the email list,

  - I've also copied/basically edited a bunch of email discussions  
onto the wiki
       (why is why I'm suggesting heading to the wiki rather than the  
email list-
        or, the blog, once posts are out there)
