We're pretty sure about the proposals for modules, annotations, default inheritance, and most of information hiding.

James now thinks the details of the information hiding as regards variables are somewhat - unspecified - but it's more than a start.

we're very interested in feedback on all these proposals; 
we hope to consolidate them into the spec relatively quickly,
and (assuming they hold up) then move the into the implementation.
