[Grace-core] Grace svn repository

I've asked our systems support team to rename the NewOOL project, which has provided us with an svn repository, to "Grace".   

So the new url for the repo should soon be https://projects.cecs.pdx.edu/svn/Grace/

The old name SHOULD continue to work, via a symbolic link.  But sometimes those "should"s don't work out, so I though it best to send out this warning.  If you have trouble with the svn repository in the next few days, this name change may be the cause.
