[Grace-core] CardelliFest Paper

Kim,

I took a pass over the CardelliFest paper, and changed a bunch of things, mostly for readability and compactness.  I think that it can be shipped in its current state.

However, I had trouble finding some of the references to Abadi and Cardelli that you make in Section 4.4.   Can you add more explicit citation information?  For example

While Abadi and Cardelli (1996) extensively discuss inheritance from objects in the chapter reviewing object-oriented features

Which chapter is that?  The first 5 chapters are under this heading.  

In the less formal discussion of object inheritance in Chapter 4, they discuss why it is important that objects and classes that are inherited be statically visibility, a restriction we also adopt.

I couldn’t find this.  Perhaps add a page number?
