[Grace-core] Standard Prelude now includes Collections

Kim, Tim, and others:

The instance of minigrace at http://web.cecs.pdx.edu/~grace/minigrace/js/ now has collections in the StandardPrelude.

It turned out to be a lot of work to get this working in the JS backend, with collections in a separate file — I’ve been working on this for about a week (although part of that time wasted because of a silly mistake on my part :-(

There are a lot of changes. I may have broken something, so let me know. But now that this is done I would like to move forward with more useful changes.

Tim, I would like you to pull this into the gracelang repository and bump the tarball and known-good as soon as you are happy with it.
This is because I would like to actually use collections in the compiler, and get rid of some of the accumulated cruft.

Incidentally, Travis CI still can’t get the tarball when it runs on my repo. I can get it locally, so I really don’t understand this

	Andrew
