[Grace-core] Current Book Draft

Grace folks:

I've updated the repository with the latest version of my Grace text (in directory EventfulGrace.  Execute pdflatex on bookmain.tex (several times) and it should generate a good copy.  ...  It includes the first 8 chapters of the text (leaving out preface, appendices, etc.).  I've gotten through section 8.2 on page 192 of the draft, though most of the problems are still from the previous Java edition.

I'm sure there are lots of typos and things to be clarified and/or cleaned up.  Please let me know if you see any issues, minor or major.  Chapter 9 will take a lot of work as it used to cover threads, and we don't yet support them.  The old chapter 10 on interfaces can pretty much go away, as I've already covered types in chapter 5.  Chapter 11 on GUI components will be a bit of a pain as we don't currently have all the components supported that I need for that, but Femi and I may be able to make some progress on that later.  After that I'm expecting relatively easy going again, but we'll see.
