[Grace-interest] Grace @ SPLASH; New version of language spec out

Hi Grace Interest

a quick email to remind you that we will be at SPLASH next week:

 - a Grace BOF on Monday night, probably starting with a quick overview
     as some people will want to go on to the F# BOF that starts half an hour later..

 - a Grace design workshop on the Friday after the conference to talk over the design in detail.

I've also made the latest version of the (still very rough) spec at http://gracelang.org/documents/index.html
