[Grace-core] updated Wiki: pattern matching proposal & collected BNF

Hi all

I've updated the wiki with a refactored pattren matching proposal

and collected the BNF we have so far - which is certainly buggy and  
wrong, but hopefully better than nothing:
and in fact seems to cover quite a lot of the language already...
