[Grace-core] IRC channel registered

Hi,

I've registered the IRC channel #gracelang on freenode.net for
discussions. To access it you can either use the web frontend at
http://webchat.freenode.net/ or a native client. I can also make other
(registered) users operators if that's desired.

mIRC http://www.mirc.com/

Linux:
XChat or Weechat
