* talked mostly about "definitively static"
 - how and when can you know what resolves to what?
 - conceptual model: collection of source modules resolved instantaneously
   - ignore differences between "compile" and "deploy" time :-)
 - the question is: what coupling (dependencies) on other modules to various linkages establish
 - Tim & Michael to come up with options...

* talked about standard AST for dialect definitions - on the way  

* next week, same time, hopefully discus forthcoming def-static proposal?
    or forthcoming annotation proposal, or forthcoming AST proposal...
