Inheritance:

 * Kim 
 - seems OK
 - make big object, run code top down in context of forthcoming proto-object 
 - inherit only from classes
 - need to inherit from constant objects?
 - happy with inheritance only from classes with Java-ish semantics
 - classes as objects - found that handy, makes it easier to import & rename

 * Andrew
 - need MI to combine dialects
 - doesn't have a consistent semantic story
 - suggests rewriting obejctdraw in minigrace using delegation

Andrew had questions about indentation:
 - if a brace is on a line with other stuff, it can fall anywhere
 - code is only allowed on the same line after an opening brace if the brace is closed on that line
